Research Activities

A molecular microbiologist who submitted her PhD Thesis (January 2020) at The University of Auckland, New Zealand. Has expert knowledge in microbiology, molecular biology, proteomics and immunology, with publications in the Journal of Biochemistry and Molecular Microbiology. After 5 years of laboratory experience has accumulated technical expertise in microbiology, molecular biology, protein purification and characterisation, and animal infection models. Has taught laboratory sessions in medicine, optometry, pharmacy and biology. Able to plan well and schedule tasks while paying attention to details. Can pick up information quickly and use it to create an outcome. A confident presenter and teacher, able to impart complex information to audiences of all levels. Seeking an academic or professional role.
