Research Activities

I'm a current PhD candidate in the Petrovski Lab at La Trobe University.

My projects focus on isolating and characterising bacteriophages infective for important clinical and environmental pathogens as potential therapies. This includes imaging, next generation sequencing of genomes and growth kinetics of the phages with their hosts. Since I also work in a molecular biology lab, I have in-depth knowledge and practice of cloning techniques.
